Job summary

Northern Tool + Equipment is seeking a Part-Time Stocker to keep our stores organized and shelves full. You will unload deliveries, move products to the sales floor, greet customers, and assist with displays as needed, while maintaining a positive, service-focused attitude.

Flexible scheduling for weekends and holidays is available. Pay ranges from $13.00 to $18.90 per hour, with benefits for eligible employees and a generous employee discount on tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, stocking, or customer service experience admired, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sort merchandise from pallets to carts and put the product in the proper places in the store or backstock areas.
• Complete endcap resets, modular resets, pod creation, and store front facing.
• Work backstock bins and work top stock down.
• Assist customers with carry-outs to their vehicles and assemble products for customers or display.
