Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers in Burien, WA is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute company standards, drive sales, and support retailer and client expectations. The role reports to the Territory Sales Lead and requires proactive communication and reliable daily engagement with store personnel.

You will build rapport with store teams, educate on brands, execute displays, and maintain account aesthetics with accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs; frequent lifting up to 35 lbs and occasional lifting up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily.
• Educate customers and store personnel on brand features and product lines.
• Execute tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy as instructed.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client needs and expectations.
• Report activities and opportunities to Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager.
• Use handheld devices proficiently and maintain confidentiality.
