Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute standards, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations under supervision of the Market Sales Manager. Daily communication with the Territory Sales Lead is required.

The role involves building rapport with store staff, educating on brands, executing displays, and maintaining high-quality work. Flexible hours with benefits for full- and part-time associates are offered.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalency required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license may be required for travel.

Responsabilidades

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily.
• Educate customers and store personnel on brand features and benefits.
• Execute displays and projects accurately following provided instructions.
• Maintain high-quality work to meet client expectations.
• Merchandise and execute projects to maintain account aesthetics.
• Understand and apply all company policies.
• Report daily activities and sales opportunities to Territory Sales Lead.
• Utilize handheld devices' functions confidently.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.
