Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute standards and drive sales for retailer and client expectations. Reporting to the Market Sales Manager, with daily updates to the Territory Sales Lead, you will build rapport with store staff and educate on product benefits.

You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work flexible hours including nights or weekends, and have a high school diploma. Benefits include health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and sometimes 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on features and benefits of client brands.
• Execute tasks, resets, and displays following provided instructions.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality to meet client expectations.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead about activities and opportunities.
