Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute company standards, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. Under supervision of the Market Sales Manager, you will communicate daily with the Territory Sales Lead to report activities and opportunities.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, and a High School diploma or equivalent. Benefits available for full-time and some part-time associates.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management on a daily basis.
• Educate customers on brand features and product lines.
• Execute merchandising tasks, resets, and displays with accuracy.
• Maintain accuracy and quality to meet client expectations.
• Protect confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.
