Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of manager/management/supervisory duty in a full-service restaurant.
• At least 3 years in Hospitality.
• Experience with POS/Toast, Scheduling Software, Excel, Google Suite.
• ServSafe Manager & TIPS certified (training provided).
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Integrity, intelligence, honesty and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-volume restaurant team with hospitality at the core.
• Coach, mentor and supervise staff to meet standards and KPIs.
• Ensure food and service quality meets company standards and timelines.
