Job summary

The Post Colorado is seeking a dynamic restaurant leader to join the Post Family as General Manager. The ideal candidate will have managed high-volume restaurants with a large staff and be a selfless, hospitalitarian communicator who inspires a Chicken & Beer loving team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of manager/management/supervisory duty in a full service restaurant setting.
• At least 3 years in Hospitality.
• Proficiency with POS/Toast, Scheduling Software, Excel, Google Suite and Electronic Order Entry.
• ServSafe Manager & TIPS certification (we'll provide training!)

Responsibilities

• You’re a party starter and magnetic hospitalitarian, ensuring guests and staff feel welcomed home.
• You are a teacher, a coach, a leader, the ringleader of our dining room and the mayor of our community.
• Ensure all food and products are prepared and served to Company standards—fast, hot, and accurate.
• Wine, beer, spirits and cocktail knowledge to teach and inspire others (Cicerone certification a plus).
• Passion for food and what makes delicious things delicious and share that with the team.
• Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
• Surpass objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance, sanitation, and cleanliness through training.
