Job summary

Trifecta Sports Bar & Grill in Castle Rock, CO seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and create an exceptional guest experience. You will coach a large team, optimise labor costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Strong leadership and P&L ownership are required. The role demands 45–55 hours weekly, evening/weekend availability, and a track record of achieving sales targets while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of restaurant management experience, with at least 2 years as a General Manager or equivalent.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and controlling costs.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including bar management.
• Experience managing teams of 30+ employees.
• Valid food handler and alcohol service certifications (ServSafe Manager, TIPS).
• Proficiency in restaurant POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across front-of-house, bar, kitchen, and game room.
• Ensure consistent service standards, food quality, and guest experience.
• Manage opening/closing, cash handling, and daily reconciliation.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, liquor, and labor regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors for inventory and supplies.
• Lead and develop a high-performing management team.
• Create staffing schedules and manage labor costs.
• Conduct performance reviews and coaching.
• Drive sales through local marketing and events.
• Control costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Oversee facilities, equipment, and POS systems.
