You will be responsible for training staff, scheduling, and driving marketing efforts to boost sales while managing costs and ensuring excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years as a General Manager in a restaurant or retail with P&L responsibilities preferred.
• Pass and obtain a Food Safety Certification; IL applicants must be certified within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach shop staff to realize potential.
• Interview, hire, and develop great people representing Potbelly values.
• Manage schedules and labor goals while controlling costs.
• Drive local shop marketing to maximize sales and community involvement.
• Ensure health and safety standards and proper cash handling.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain high standard of execution.
