Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and access to private transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Oversee day-to-day financial controls and staff scheduling.
• Hire, train, and orientate team; coach and develop staff.
• Maintain food safety, equipment maintenance, and facility standards.
• Ensure health and safety inspections are met and the dining environment remains inviting.
