Ayvaz Pizza, a franchisee of Pizza Hut, is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily restaurant operations and deliver friendly, personalized service with great food. You will work closely with the General Manager and district team, supporting schedules, staff development, and quality standards.

This role emphasizes leadership, guest satisfaction, and adherence to company procedures in a bustling Houston-area location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, with rotating shifts.
• Valid Driver's License and access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent, with required state/federal documents.
• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and performance.
• Create and manage staff schedules to meet needs.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team members.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and safety standards.
• Support health and safety inspections and standards.
• Help set a fun, family-friendly restaurant tone.
