Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut Franchisee in Houston, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help oversee daily operations and deliver friendly, high-quality service with great food in a clean, inviting setting.

You will work closely with the General Manager and District Manager to maintain standards, train staff, and drive guest satisfaction. This role offers opportunities for training, development, and internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing - access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant's daily operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections meet standards.
• Set the tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
