Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations in Houston, TX. You will help ensure friendly, fast service and high food quality in a clean, inviting environment.

You will work with the General Manager and district leadership to maintain standards, train staff, and drive results in a high-volume setting. The role requires shift flexibility and leadership strengths to motivate the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License and access to private transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant's daily operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations.
• Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
