This position requires a high school diploma and ideally at least one year of sales and residential leasing experience, with proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Generate and handle traffic, qualify prospects, leases, and prepare lease documentation.
