Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with multiline phones, Word and email.
• Experience in customer service is a must.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
• Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on demand and productivity status to balance inventory.
• Review reports to ensure equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the U-Box portable storage product.
