Job summary

SP Global DRT is seeking a Construction Coordinator to join our Reconstruction team in Los Angeles. You will coordinate and document all phases of commercial and residential reconstruction projects, from intake through close-out, working with project managers, subcontractors, adjusters, and clients to ensure quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least two years of business, construction, or reconstruction experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with project software such as Work Center, Egnyte, and Procore.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills; proactive attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities, and work with ambiguity.
• Must work in-person at the office 5 days per week and travel to job sites as needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and document all phases of reconstruction projects from receipt to completion.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, adjusters and consultants; manage materials and equipment; ensure on-time, on-budget work.
• Maintain contract plans, timelines, specifications; distribute updates.
• Log RFIs, submittals, meetings, and communications; prepare close-out documents.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders; maintain high customer satisfaction.
