Job summary

SP Global DRT is seeking a Construction Coordinator to join our Reconstruction team. You will coordinate and document all phases of residential and commercial reconstruction projects, starting from receipt from the mitigation department, and you will coordinate with project managers, construction managers, subcontractors, adjusters, and consultants to keep work on schedule and within budget.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of business, construction, or reconstruction experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, and project software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and document all phases of reconstruction projects from mitigation intake.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, adjusters, architects, and engineers.
• Maintain timelines, WIP, drawings, and budgets; manage RFIs and submittals.
• Ensure work proceeds on schedule, within budget and according to plans.
