Job summary

SPGlobalDRT, a leader in remediation and restoration, is seeking a Construction Coordinator to join the Reconstruction team. You will coordinate and document all phases of commercial and residential reconstruction projects from the moment a job is received, coordinating with project managers, construction managers, subcontractors, adjusters, and consultants.

Responsibilities include managing materials and equipment, ensuring specifications are followed, quality, schedule, and budget; maintaining

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate/bachelor preferred.
• Two years of business, construction, or reconstruction experience recommended.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and project management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Honest, transparent, and a team player who helps where needed.
• Prior reconstruction experience is required.
• Must work in-office five days per week and travel to jobsites as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Internal communication with claims managers and project leadership for efficient job completion.
• Provide updates to Directors of Construction and project managers.
• External communication with occupants, owners, adjusters, subcontractors and consultants.
• Coordinate with architects and engineers for RFIs and timely responses.
