Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter and process new orders for purchasing and sales.
• Check data accuracy in orders and update records as needed.
• Expedite rush orders and update sales orders and shipping data.
• Negotiate prices and assist with vendor communications.
• Review pending orders and customer requests to ensure excellent service.
• Communicate with sales team and clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
• Process payments, send invoices and tracking information.
• Assist with open sales order and purchase order management.
• Quote house accounts and provide data entry for sales figures and metrics.
