Job summary

Integrated Power Services is seeking a procurement-focused professional in the United States to support all procurement functions, including sourcing, purchasing, and shipment coordination. You will interact with vendors and customers, prepare quotes, review specs for accuracy, and manage orders from entry to completion.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in purchasing or supply chain, excellent communication, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with purchasing, quoting, or supply chain preferred.
• Experience interfacing with all levels of an organization or internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for all procurement functions, including sourcing, purchasing, and shipment of materials.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Provide quotes to customers in coordination with vendors and internal teams.
• Review specifications with vendors to ensure quotes are accurate and competitive.
• Process orders from receipt to project completion, includingPOs and coordination with internal teams.
• Coordinate with Sales to clarify project requirements.
• Support purchasing and quoting needs across departments.
• Perform various administrative and clerical duties.
