Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with progress toward an associate degree.
• Progress toward an associate degree: six semester hours/year if pursuing an associate degree.
• Experience or coursework in early childhood education is preferred for Pre-K roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with instructional activities and materials, ensuring a safe, encouraging environment.
• Support individual students or small groups in Pre-K curriculum under licensed teachers.
• Coordinate with staff to plan and implement strategies for diverse learners and health needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate records as required by policy and FERPA.
