The position requires in-office presence several days per week and alignment with BD’s customer-first culture. A background in medical device sales and anatomy knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Product knowledge of BDPI products and surgical procedures.
• Basic anatomy understanding for product illustrations.
• Medical and surgical terminology knowledge.
• Strong needs/analysis selling capability.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Understanding contract administration.

Responsabilités

• Sells the entire BDPI product line to current and new accounts.
• Informs customers of pricing, backorders, and company policies.
• Conducts comprehensive in-service training of products for stakeholders.
• Plans sales calls and manages time effectively.
• Develops knowledge of all products and clinical data.
• Reports market changes and competitive activity to Regional Manager.
• Addresses customer complaints with prompt solutions.
• Analyses customer needs and creates tailored solutions.
• Maintains company vehicle and property.
• Completes and processes BDPI reports per policies.
