Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) per IDFPR requirements.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days - American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Educates patients, family, caregivers, students and other health care providers.
• Follows the therapist's plan of care and documents communications and patient response.
• Produces documentation in accordance with Clinical Documentation Policy.
• Completes annual education per DNV Hip and Knee Replacement Program requirements.
