Job summary

MedCadre is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with mobility-related conditions. You will create individualized plans to improve movement, strength, and independence.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, implementing exercises and manual therapy, and educating patients on home programs. You will work with physicians and staff to ensure safe, high-quality care in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• DPT or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• Active state Physical Therapist license.
• Clinical experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify mobility and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions.
• Improve strength, balance, coordination, and range of motion.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home programs.
• Recommend and train patients in the use of assistive devices.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow safety, infection control, and professional standards.
