Job summary

MedCadre in California is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate and treat patients with mobility-related conditions. You will develop individualized treatment plans to improve movement, strength, function, and independence.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, implementing plans, providing therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, and collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams to monitor progress and ensure high standards of care.

Qualifications

• DPT or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• Current state Physical Therapist license.
• Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with teams.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify mobility and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions.
• Improve strength, balance, coordination, and range of motion.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home programs.
• Recommend and train in use of assistive devices.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals; follow safety standards.
