Job summary

MedCadre is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to provide therapeutic services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. You will help patients improve mobility, strength, function, and independence through individualized interventions.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, guiding therapeutic exercises, monitoring progress, educating patients on exercises and safe mobility, and maintaining detailed documentation.

Qualifications

• An associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active PTA license or state certification.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, activities, and mobility training.
• Monitor and document patient progress and report changes to the Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients on prescribed exercises and safe mobility techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation.
• Collaborate with the Physical Therapist and healthcare team to support patient care.
