Job summary

MedCadre is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate and treat patients with physical, mobility, and functional challenges. The PT will develop individualized treatment plans to improve movement, strength, balance, and overall independence.

The role requires DPT or equivalent, an active PT license, and prior clinical experience. You will work with patients, families, and healthcare teams, providing therapy and education while adhering to safety and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.
• Current state Physical Therapist license.
• Previous clinical experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify mobility and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other appropriate interventions.
• Improve patients’ strength, balance, coordination, and range of motion.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home programs.
• Recommend and train patients in the use of assistive devices.
• Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow patient safety, infection control, and professional standards.
