Job summary

MedCadre seeks an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, and functional challenges. You will develop individualized treatment plans to improve independence and daily living activities.

The OT will collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals, document progress, and maintain safety and infection control standards in a patient-centered setting.

Qualifications

• Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and communication skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Master's or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic activities to improve strength, coordination, mobility, and daily living skills.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home programs.
• Recommend and train patients in the use of adaptive equipment.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow safety, infection control, and professional standards.
