Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with active state license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients of all ages, modifying plan of care as needed.
• Designs an appropriate plan of care integrating goals, treatment, outcomes, and discharge plan.
• Educates patients, families, and staff using effective teaching methods.
• Evaluates clinical findings to determine PT diagnoses and outcomes.
• Documents in accordance with CTSCP67 and monitors care by support personnel.
• Collaborates with the medical team and supervises PTAs and rehab technicians.
