Job summary

JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to assess and treat patients on a daily basis within a high-energy outpatient setting. You will devise and execute treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with a broad multidisciplinary team to maximize functional independence.

Qualified candidates hold a current NJ PT license, a degree in physical therapy, and CPR certification. Doctorate preferred; EMR experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred).
• CPR certification required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in NJ.
• Experience with EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ strengths/weaknesses and develop treatment plans.
• Perform evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and supervise PTA/ATC aides.
• Provide patient education and discharge planning.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional demeanor.
