Job summary

JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for our New York location. You will assess patients, create and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to maximize functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree required; Doctorate preferred.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in NY practicing state
• Completed NY/NJ CEU requirements
• Experience with EMR software preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong clinical judgment

Responsibilities

• Collect and record patient care data per guidelines and reimbursement impact.
• Record daily billing and meet productivity guidelines.
• Prepare for evaluation per department policies and procedures and knowledge of diagnoses.
• Select and administer tests and measures.
• Develop and adjust the plan of care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and support system; supervise staff as needed.
• Promote JAG in the community and participate in seminars.
