Job summary
Alliance Orthopedics is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Bloomfield, NJ. You will build strong patient relationships, conduct evaluations, and design rehab programs to help patients regain skills.
Collaborate with MDs, surgeons, and specialists, document thoroughly in the EMR, and contribute to a culture of growth. Competitive salary up to $115k with comprehensive benefits and mentorship opportunities.
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passed the NPTE examination.
- Residency program completion (preferred).
- Valid New Jersey Physical Therapy License.
- Up-to-date knowledge of PT practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Comfortable with EMR systems and timely documentation.
Responsibilities
- Build genuine patient relationships and understand goals.
- Deliver engaging one-on-one evaluations.
- Design rehab and fitness programs to regain skills.
- Collaborate with MDs, surgeons, and specialists.
- Maintain timely documentation in our EMR system.
- Prepare patients for return to work, sport, school, and life.
- Educate caregivers about patient needs.
- Stay updated on treatment practices.
