Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• NPTE passed (National Physical Therapist Examination).
• New Jersey Physical Therapy License is required.
• Residency program completed is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine patient relationships and understand goals.
• Deliver one-on-one evaluations with patient input.
• Design and implement individualized rehab and fitness programs.
• Collaborate with MDs, surgeons, and specialists for advanced care.
• Serve as liaison between rehab floor and medical teams.
• Maintain timely documentation in EMR.
• Prepare patients for return to work, sport, school, and life.
• Educate caregivers/family on patient needs.
• Maintain current knowledge of treatments and progress.
• Evaluate patient condition including basic mental health.
• Comply with company rules and procedures.
• Support marketing events as requested.
• Contribute to clinic culture and energy.
