Alliance Orthopedics in Union, NJ is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. You will provide patient-centered evaluations, develop rehab plans, and collaborate with physicians to deliver advanced orthopedic care.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• NPTE completion.
• NJ PT license required.
• Residency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine patient relationships and understand goals.
• Deliver one-on-one evaluations where patients feel heard.
• Design and execute rehab and fitness programs to regain skills.
• Collaborate with MDs, surgeons, and specialists for advanced care.
• Maintain timely EMR documentation.
• Prepare patients for return to work, sport, school, life.
