Alliance Orthopedics in East Brunswick, NJ is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. You will build patient relationships, perform evaluations, and design rehab programs to restore function.

Collaborate with MDs and surgeons, document in our EMR, and contribute to a culture focused on Better Everyday. Requirements include a Physical Therapy degree, NPTE, NJ license, and residency preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passed the National Physical Therapist Examination (NPTE).
• New Jersey Physical Therapy License required.
• Residency program completion preferred.
• Up-to-date knowledge of PT practices and programs.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine patient relationships and understand goals beyond diagnoses.
• Deliver engaging one-on-one evaluations where patients feel heard.
• Design and execute individualized rehab and fitness programs.
• Collaborate with MDs, surgeons, and specialists for advanced care.
• Serve as a liaison between rehab floor and medical/surgical teams.
• Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation.
• Prepare patients for return to work, sport, school, and life.
• Educate caregivers/family on patient needs.
• Maintain professional knowledge and progress in PT practice.
• Evaluate patient condition including physical and basic mental health.
• Comply with company rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Support marketing outreach and attend events as requested.
• Bring energy and contribute to clinic culture.
• Collaborate with all healthcare disciplines to help patients get better every day.
