Alliance Orthopedics in Bloomfield, NJ, is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. You will deliver one-on-one evaluations, design rehab plans, and collaborate with MDs and surgeons to restore patient function.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passed the NPTE.
• Valid New Jersey Physical Therapy License.
• Up-to-date knowledge of PT treatment practices.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine patient relationships, understand goals beyond diagnosis.
• Deliver engaging one-on-one evaluations where patients feel heard.
• Design and execute individualized rehab and fitness programs to regain skills.
• Collaborate with MDs, surgeons, and specialists for advanced care.
• Serve as a liaison between the rehab floor and medical/surgical teams.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EMR system.
• Prepare patients for return to work, sport, school, and life.
• Educate caregivers/family on patient needs.
• Stay current with professional knowledge and techniques.
