Job summary

Alliance Orthopedics is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Middletown, NJ. You will provide patient-centered rehab, collaborate with MDs and therapists, and help patients return to activity.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited education program
• Passed the National Physical Therapist Examination (NPTE)
• Valid New Jersey Physical Therapy License
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills
• Comfortable with EMR systems and timely documentation
• Willingness to challenge patients and team members

Responsibilities

• Build genuine patient relationships and understand goals
• Deliver engaging one-on-one evaluations
• Design and execute individualized rehab and fitness programs
• Collaborate with MDs, surgeons, and specialists for advanced care
• Serve as a liaison between rehab floor and medical teams
• Maintain timely documentation in EMR
• Prepare patients for return to work, sport, school, and life
• Educate caregivers on patient needs
• Maintain professional knowledge and progress in treatment programs
• Evaluate patient condition and basic mental health
• Comply with company rules and procedures
• Support marketing and outreach events as requested
