Job summary

Alliance Orthopedics in East Brunswick, NJ seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver individualized evaluations and rehabilitation plans. You will work closely with physicians, surgeons, and rehabilitation staff to restore function and return patients to activities they love.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Must have passed the National Physical Therapist Examination (NPTE).
• Current New Jersey Physical Therapy license is required.
• Residency program in physical therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine patient relationships and understand patient goals.
• Deliver one-on-one evaluations and establish personalized rehab plans.
• Design and execute rehab and fitness programs to restore skills.
• Collaborate with MDs, surgeons, and specialists for advanced care.
• Serve as a liaison between rehab and medical teams; document in EMR.
• Prepare patients for return to work, sport, school, and life.
• Educate caregivers on patient needs and progress.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices.
