Job summary

Alliance Orthopedics in Toms River, NJ is seeking a results‑driven Physical Therapist for our Conservative Department. This full‑time, on‑site role offers a competitive salary up to $115K and a clear path to growth within a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

You’ll build patient relationships, design and implement individualized rehab programs, work closely with MDs and surgeons, document in the EMR system, and help patients return to work and daily activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passed the National Physical Therapist Examination (NPTE).
• New Jersey Physical Therapy license is required.
• Residency program completion (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build genuine patient relationships and understand patient goals.
• Deliver one‑on‑one evaluations and ensure patients feel heard.
• Design and execute individualized rehab and fitness programs.
• Collaborate with MDs, surgeons, and specialists for advanced care.
• Maintain timely documentation in the EMR system.
• Prepare patients for return to work, sport, school, and life.
