Alliance Orthopedics is seeking a Physical Therapist in Freehold, NJ to join our multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes patient-centered evaluations, individualized rehab plans, and close collaboration with physicians and specialists to restore function.

You will document progress in our EMR system, educate families, and help patients return to work or sports with a comprehensive care approach. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Formación

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) passed.
• New Jersey Physical Therapy license is required.
• Residency in American Physical Therapy Association is preferred.
• Up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices and PT programs.

Responsabilidades

• Build genuine patient relationships and understand goals.
• Deliver one-on-one evaluations and ensure patients feel heard.
• Design and execute individualized rehab and fitness programs.
• Collaborate with MDs, surgeons and specialists for advanced care.
• Serve as liaison between rehab floor and medical teams.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Prepare patients for return to work, sport, school and life.
• Educate caregivers on patient needs.
