• Board eligibility/board exam as required; continuing education for acute stroke care.

Responsibilities

• Educates patients, family, caregivers, students, and other health care providers.
• Follows therapist's plan of care; adjusts treatment based on patient response and documentation.
• Completes daily documentation and therapy EMR charges; communicates progress with referring provider.
