Job summary

Life Time is seeking a PT Leader-2 to guide a team of Fitness Professionals and deliver exceptional personal training experiences. You will lead by example on the floor, manage a book of business, coach peers, and onboard new staff while promoting Life Time Training initiatives.

You will drive member engagement, coordinate scheduling and program delivery, and support leadership in achieving division goals. This role emphasizes leadership, client growth, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and CPR/AED.
• Minimum 2+ years of personal training experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, sales, program design, and coaching skills.
• Ability to drive results through others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor fitness professionals to meet brand and performance standards.
• Own the client experience and outcomes for all clients.
• Serve as player-coach by managing your own book of business with DPS.
• Ensure consistent quality of products, services and floor experience.
• Develop strategies to meet productivity goals and drive team performance.
