Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a PT Leader-2 to lead and develop a team of Fitness Professionals, delivering the best Dynamic Personal Training experience on the gym floor.

You will coach, onboard new team members, drive sales for newer trainers, and coach live client sessions while ensuring exceptional member experiences. The role includes scheduling, program coordination, and helping the team meet personal and division goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include High School Diploma or GED, Certified Personal Trainer, and CPR/AED certification.
• 2+ years of personal training experience and demonstrated leadership/mgmt skills.
• Strong communication, sales, and coaching skills with ability to drive results through others.

Responsibilities

• Manages, supports, develops, coaches, and mentors a team of fitness professionals to be successful based on brand and performance expectations.
• Responsible for the total experience and results of all clients
• Be a Player-Coach by delivering Dynamic Personal Training and managing your own book of business
• Oversees quality and consistency of products, services, programs, and fitness floor experience
• Determine and implement strategies for achieving productivity goals; conduct department-wide meetings
• Generate new clients and refer them to appropriate fitness professionals
• Promote Life Time Training initiatives and events
• Complete scheduling, administrative, and coordination tasks for programs and classes (metabolic, small group, nutrition)
