Life Time is seeking a PT Leader-2 to guide a team of Fitness Professionals and elevate the Dynamic Personal Training experience across the club. You will coach individuals, onboard new members, and collaborate with leadership to drive member engagement and revenue.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality sessions, coaching live client experiences, and achieving personal and division financial goals while supporting connectivity and sales processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Personal Trainer certification.
• CPR and AED certification.
• 2+ years of personal training experience.
• Proven leadership/management capabilities.
• Strong communication, sales, program design and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor a team of fitness professionals to meet brand and performance expectations.
• Own the client experience and drive successful outcomes for all clients.
• Serve as a player-coach by managing personal training book of business.
• Ensure quality and consistency of products, services, and floor experience.
• Develop strategies to meet productivity goals and drive team meetings.
• Generate new clients and refer to appropriate trainers based on needs.
• Promote Life Time Training initiatives and events.
• Complete scheduling, administrative, and coordination tasks for programs and classes.
