Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician to troubleshoot desktops and laptops, interact with clients, and resolve issues promptly. The role involves field service, driving to client locations, and coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

The ideal candidate has 0–2 years in customer service or technical support, a technical school certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant experience
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Maintain all OEM certifications as directed by management

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment
• Accept and deliver all service calls within SLA
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria
• Complete administrative tasks for each call
• Document real-time reporting of calls
• Follow policies for service delivery
• Manage assets and inventory per client agreements
• Report activity accurately and timely
• Adhere to safety policies and guidelines
• Additional duties may be assigned
