Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Payroll Analyst to oversee the full payroll cycle, confirm accuracy of pay and deductions, and support labor reporting. The role requires adapting to irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include processing payroll via ADP EV5, generating labor reports, and ensuring data confidentiality while assisting management and other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of payroll processing experience.
• 3 years’ experience with labor reporting and timekeeping systems.
• Strong Excel skills and payroll software proficiency.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete payroll cycle and validate pay calculations.
• Transmit payroll accurately on schedule using ADP EV5.
• Generate daily, monthly labor reports for management.
• Ensure payroll and labor records are consistent.
• Back up Payroll Manager during absences.
• Process wage garnishments and handle inquiries.
• Maintain audit trails and confidentiality.
