Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and callers; direct inquiries to the appropriate staff.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve workflow and patient care quality.
• Provide coverage for co-workers when needed.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, managers, peers, trainees, and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies and procedures.
