84 Lumber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to build and sustain relationships with current and new customers in the Denver area. You will drive product recommendations, present solutions, and manage accounts to meet sales targets from a field-based role.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in lumber/building materials sales, strong negotiation abilities, and a customer-focused approach. This position emphasizes field responsibilities and regular client engagement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience selling lumber/building materials
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to function well in a high-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
• Communicates with customers to identify needs and suggests products to meet them.
• Demonstrates products to customers based on their needs.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management.
• Maintains communication with existing and previous customers about new products and enhancements.
• Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls and orders.
• Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.
