Job summary

84 Lumber, a family-owned building materials supplier in Greeley, CO, is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to grow our customer base away from stores and drive margins.

You will build relationships, identify needs, and present solutions, while maintaining accurate records and meeting sales goals. We seek candidates with 3–5 years in lumber or construction materials and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must authorize a background check.
• Must pass urinalysis drug screening.
• Preferably have 3–5 years experience selling lumber/building materials.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains a network to identify new sales leads.
• Communicates with customers to identify product needs and suggests solutions.
• Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
• Maintains customer relationships and resolves post-sale issues.
• Maintains detailed reports of sales activities and territory forecasts.
