JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a forward-thinking Physical Therapist in Naples, FL to assess patients, create treatment plans, and guide recovery toward functional independence. You will document care, collaborate with the team, and provide education to patients while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree required; Doctorate preferred.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state practicing in.
• Completed CEU requirement in appropriate state (NY/NJ)
• Valid CPR license.

Responsabilités

• Perform initial evaluation and ongoing assessments with treatment plan.
• Record patient care data including daily notes and progress reports.
• Develop and adjust plans of care in collaboration with the team.
• Provide patient education and demonstrate exercises/techniques.
• Oversee support staff and participate in departmental activities.
